DRU Yoga Classes
DRU Yoga is a graceful and gentle form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visulatisation.
With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, DRU works on Body, mind and spirit- improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
DRU yoga is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. Each class is tailored to individual needs of students.

DRU Yoga & Meditation Classes
Within this class we will explore a DRU Energy Block Release sequence to help elevate any blocked energy within the body, and to prepare the body for sitting comfortably.
Exploring a variety of pranyama (breath work) practices we activate the para sympathetic nervous system to enable you to return to a natural relaxed state of being.
Our meditations will focus on the Kosha (different layers of being) through which we experience our day to day life.
Meditation has been known to help reduce anxiety, stress and build inner resilience.
DRU Yoga & Meditation classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to more advanced students.

Relax & Restore Yoga
In this unique blend of yoga we will work through a series of postures which will be completed mainly sitting or lying down to enable you to fully relax and restore a sense of balance and calmness in body and mind.
The postures used will draw from principles of restorative, yin and DRU yoga, blended together to offer a unique approach to delve deeper within.
During this class we will hold the postures for extended periods of time (3 – 5 minutes), offering you the opportunity to explore your body and thought patterns. Using breath- awareness, mantra, meditations and props for support we will begin to delve into the art of surrender and acceptance.
