At Inner Calm Yoga we believe in the power of yoga. Yoga refers to the union of our body, mind and spirit which when balanced enables us to live a happier more full filling life. Yoga helps us to balance our bodies through a combination of postures, breathing exercises and meditative practices.
All of our classes are designed with each individuals needs in mind and to cater for these needs we offer a variety of classes on a private or small group bases. All of our classes are open level and suitable for beginners and people who have practiced yoga before.
